My Story
My name is Yvonne. I am a homeschooling mom of five amazing girls, singer/songwriter with my familiy's band - Chibi Kodama, mixed media visual artist, and all around busy person. Over the past year, our band has been blessed with multiple opportunities to perform and tour. We've had many amazing experiences on the road and met so many wonderful people. It's made for fantastic field trips and has been awesome for the girls, but at times it's been challenging as well.

I can usually do pretty well to push past my insecurities and get up in front of a crowd, but admittedly those insecurities have still been a reality I've had to deal with. Seeing myself in music videos while still stuggling with my weight and wearing the baby on stage when I know the carrier can make chubby areas more pronounced has been frustrating for me. While I'm a firm believer that weight is just a number and that all body types are beautiful, I've also been aware that my weight was beyond what was truly healthy for my body type. I could feel it holding me back. I did not have the energy to gracefully keep up with everything we were undertaking.

I ate decently healthy, kept reasonably active, and was sensible with my portions already, but I had plateaued in a weight range I felt stuck in. I could buckle down and lose 5 - 10 pounds but I could never lose anything beyond this and I would always gain it back.
The Bula Nutricap System was perfect for my lifestyle because it was super easy to integrate into what I was already doing without having to adopt some difficult, time consuming regimen, or eat anything that tasted gross. I actually enjoyed the process. I liked keeping my Bula Bottle with me and getting to have a fun delicious drink several times a day. It didn't take long for this to become normal. Eventually I lost track of time. I wasn't sure how long I'd been using my Wakaya Perfection products when I became aware of my clothes not fitting the same. Imagine my surprise when I weighed in and discovered that I'd already lost 15 pounds! With minimal effort, I'd already broken out of my stuck zone. I went back into my phone and searched out the "before" pic I'd snapped in the beginning. It had only been 2 months!
